Professional Pan Coating Recipe

                     

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup (Crisco shortening is good)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

    • Instructions
     
    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Use electric beater until completely mixed.
    Store in the cupboard or fridge.
    Brush on pans or muffin tins
