Sour Cream Bread Rolls






Indigents:

1 cup Sour Cream
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Egg ( beaten)
1 tsp Salt
1 pkg yeast (quick rise )
1/2 cup Water
3 cups Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Scalded the sour cream in pan, add baking soda.  Let cool
Mix yeast with 1/2 cup of water in bowl. Mix well
Add butter, sugar, egg, salt.
Kneed in 3 cups of flour.
Let rest for 10 minutes, form rolls.
Place onto pan and let double.
Bake for 20 minutes
